The Annual General Meeting of Marlow Rugby Union Football Club Ltd, will be held in person at the club on Thursday 11th June 2026 at 7.00pm.
The Agenda for this year’s meeting, the 2025 AGM Minutes, the Financial Accounts and Chairman’s Report will be made available shortly. Under the constitution of Marlow Rugby Football Club Ltd, the minutes from last year’s AGM remain in draft form, until the forthcoming AGM accepts them as a true record.
Nomination for Offices and Committee Roles
All Officer and Committee roles are open for election at the AGM. Existing post-holders may stand again, but members are equally entitled to nominate other eligible candidates for any role.
If you would like to nominate someone as an Officer of the club at the forthcoming AGM, please send an email to secretary@marlowrugby.co.uk by 5pm on Monday 1st June 2026.
Please note that the person will need to be proposed and seconded and all Officers and Committee members are subject to vetting via a Fit and Proper Person Declaration which includes a DBS check.
