Marlow Business Pages: Standard Terms and Conditions
By submitting an insertion order form for the “Marlow Business Pages” directory you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Insertion Order
The order shall include the requested activation date, the advert content and materials (see section 6).
2. Availability, acceptance and activation
On receipt of the order Marlow RUFC shall confirm that all required details have been provided and that the requested ad is compliant with its advertising policy.
On acceptance of the advert, the advertiser shall be notified by the email provided and an invoice shall be sent to the nominated contact.
On receipt of funds the advert shall be activated (the activation date). The service level for activation shall be 3 working days from receipt of payment and advertising materials.
3. Payment
Any payment due shall be made in full by bank transfer.
4. Term and Termination
The minimum terms shall be 12 months which shall run from the activation date.
The advertiser can request that an advert be unpublished at any time. There shall be no refund of the advertising fees.
5. Ad Placement and Positioning
The advert shall feature in the Directory under the category selected and shall be searchable by keyword.
6. Advert Content and Materials
The provision of the advertising materials shall be the responsibility of the advertiser and include the items below. The advert cannot be activated until these items have been received:
- Category(ies)
- Business Name
- Business and Product/Service Description
- Offer details to include the offer, how it is redeemed, any terms and the period the offer is valid for
- URL link
- Logo (in .jpg or .png format) sent via email to MarlowBusinessPages@marlowrugby.co.uk
7. Limitation of Liability
Marlow RUFC shall accept no liability for loss resulting from materials or content provided by the advertiser. The limit of liability in any event shall be limited to the annual price of the advertising product.
