Individual Adult Membership for the 2025/26 season

This page will walk you through how to create a new individual adult membership. The fees for the 2025/26 season can be found here.

NOTE:  if you are a playing adult but part of a family group then you should create a Family: Parent/guardian – player membership rather than an Individual Adult Membership.

Step-by-step guide to creating your Individual Adult Membership

  1. Go to the RFU Game Management (GMS) website:
    1. If you do not already have a GMS account then please create one following the directions on this RFU guide
    2. If you do already have a GMS account then enter your username and password and click the Log In button
      • Your username is usually your email address. If you can’t remember your user name then please contact membership@marlowrugby.co.uk
      • If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password? link, enter your email address and click OK:
        • Check your junk folder on your email account and look for an email from “First sport”
        • The email can take up to 20 mins to reach your inbox
        • The password reset email will expire after 90 minutes
        • Once reset, please store your password securely
  2. Simply click on the Buy Membership quick link on the main page
  3. Click the Add to Basket button next to the appropriate membership from the list that is presented to you
    • Note that certain membership schemes are only available to male or female players, or players of a certain age. If you cannot see the membership scheme that you expect them please contact the Membership Secretary on membership@marlowrugby.co.uk
  4. You can then either Checkout or review your basket and then click the Checkout option from there
  5. When you Checkout, you have the option to either pay in full or via instalments:
    • If paying in full you can pay by Direct Debit or Card Payment
    • If paying by instalments this must be done via Direct Debit and you can select the day of the month when the payment is collected
  6. Having selected your payment method, simply click the Pay Now button:
    • If paying by card you will need to enter the card details and ensure that any security checks complete successfully
    • If paying by Direct Debit, if you have an existing mandate with Marlow Rugby Club then this should be available to use. If you do not then you will need to enter your bank details.
