General Notes
- Season starts on 1st September 2026
- For instalments, 25% of the full amount due will be taken in the initial instalment followed by 8 equal instalments for the remaining amount
- Instalments MUST be paid in full
Family
- Each Family group must have at least one Parent/Guardian membership - the Parent/Guardian membership should be added first, followed by each child
- Non-player membership includes voting rights, club discounts and eligibility to England’s International Ticket Ballot (limited to one application per family)
- Parent/Guardians with one or more child in U6/U7 or Mini/Youth category wishing to play Touch, Vets or Senior rugby require a “Parent/Guardian - Player” membership which also includes all the above benefits
- Minis/Youth membership includes Tournament fees (Marlow mini festival + 2 away tournaments)
- Touch included for child players over 14 years of age
